  • Board-level COTS Building Blocks (IDAN)
    • We call this solution “IDAN.” System configuration is as simple as choosing the desired modules, and adding a lid, base, and bolts. Performance-rich systems can be achieved with minimal build time, and without engineering or design fees.

  • System-level COTS Building Blocks (HiDANplus)
    • watertight packaging with internal signal raceways, RF shielding and locking cylindrical connectors. This solution is called “HiDANplus.” With HiDANplus, modules can be grouped by functionality, and can include a variety of connectors and pinouts.we offers a full range of menu options including connector styles, dust caps, and mounting hole patterns. The HiDANplus architecture has been successfully tested to IP69 for protection against dust and water ingress.

GPS25165HR

GPS Satellite Receiver

  • The GPS25165 and GPS35165 are PC/104 modules that combine a GPS receiver with an inertial sensor and altimeter/barometer sensor. These GPS products utilize the Linx RXM-GNSS-TM GPS receiver.
  • This low-power solution supports NMEA-0183 protocol. Support for +3.3V and +5V active antennas is provided. The GPS25165HR and GPS35165HR utilize one PCIe x1 link to provide three 16C550 compatible serial ports: one for GPS, one for sensors, and one for onboard serial connector.

GPS35185HR

PCIe/104 GPS Carrier Module for the NovAtel OEM729 or OEM628 Series

  • This GPS receiver carrier module from RTD uses either the NovAtel OEM729 or OEM628 GPS modules. These receivers will work reliably in a variety of installations.
  • Integrated on the GPS35185HR board is a quad Exar XR17D154 PCI UART with four serial ports. Connect any +5V Active GPS antenna directly to the MMCX-connectors of the OEM628. In IDAN® installations the antenna connection is brought to the front side of the IDAN frame.

PCIe/104 GPS Carrier Module for the Trimble BD970

  • The GPS35190HR is a low-power wide operating temperature range GPS receiver carrier module for use with the Trimble BD970. This receiver will work reliably in a variety of installations.
  • Integrated on the GPS35190HR board are four complete 16C550 compatible serial ports that can be flexibly configured with jumpers to communicate with GPS or I/O connectors. The GPS antenna connects directly to the BD970. Starter kits are available.

  • The WLAN25203-GSM and WLAN35203-GSM are dual-slot mini PCIe card carrier modules with an Atheros AR9590 WLAN module and a Sierra Wireless AirPrime modem installed.
  • The dual-band design of the Atheros module enables universal connectivity to any 802.11 network, including legacy 802.11b/g and 802.11a/g, while the Sierra Wireless module provides LTE, DC-HSPA+, HSPA+, HSDPA, HSUPA, WCDMA, GSM, GPRS, EDGE, CDMA, and GNSS connectivity for networking and M2M applications over several radio frequency bands and supports 2G / 3G roaming.

PCI-104 Wireless LAN Module

  • The WLAN18202 provides wireless communication for PC/104-Plus and PCI-104 based systems. It communicates via the standard 802.11a/b/g protocols.
  • This wireless LAN module can be used to connect multiple PC systems together. The WLAN18202 uses the 5004 MP Atheros 4G Mini-PCI module from Netgate.
